Product Description
Thank you for your interest in our inverters. Here are some frequently asked questions and answers to help you understand our products:
Are your inverters pure sine wave output?
Yes, all our inverters provide true pure sine wave output.
What kind of output can your inverters provide?
Our inverters are normally produced with self-adapting 110V, 115V, 120V, 220V, 230V, and 240V outputs at 50/60Hz. If you have special requirements, please consult our engineers.
What's the difference between low frequency and high frequency inverters?
Low frequency inverters have various protections, strong adaptability to the environment, and reliable voltage regulation. High frequency inverters lack these features.
What's the difference between pure sine wave and modified sine wave inverters?
Pure sine wave output inverters provide power similar to the public power grid, with low repair rates, long lifespan, no harmonic pollution, and environmental friendliness. Modified sine wave output inverters have a negative impact on appliances, cannot load inductive loads such as air conditioners and refrigerators, and certain motor control circuits do not work well with modified waves.
What appliances can your inverters load?
Our inverters can be used with household, office, agricultural appliances, and other inductive loads such as refrigerators, air conditioners, and water pumps.
Can you print our company logo on inverters, nameplates, and packaging?
Yes, we accept OEM orders and can customize the products with your company logo.
How do I choose the right inverter?
Simply tell us your requirements, and our sales team will recommend a suitable inverter for you.
How do I solve technical problems?
We provide 24-hour after-service consultancy to help you easily solve any technical problems you may encounter.
Do I need a power inverter?
While not absolutely required, a power inverter is necessary if you want to have 220 or 230 volts AC and use normal AC appliances. Without a power inverter, you will solely rely on battery power, which may be acceptable in small RVs or cabins.
What's the difference between 12, 24, and 48 volt inverters?
The voltage refers to the input voltage from the battery bank. Higher voltages allow for less current, enabling the use of smaller wires between the solar panel array and the battery bank. It is important to ensure that the solar panels, inverter, and battery bank all use the same voltage.
What should I do if the product is broken?
If any product is faulty, please send us pictures or videos for our assessment. We will provide free spare parts of the PCB board for after-sale service.
