Machine Description:
1. This machine can be 4 axes, the Cam axis, Feeding axis, Quill Rotary axis, and the Spinner axis (optional).
2. This machine is suitable for making various Compression spring, Extension spring, Single (double) torsion spring, Tower shaped compression spring, Flat wire spring, and any kind wire forming.
3.This machine adopts the high accurate servo motor and CNC control system, it can produce the accurate size and complex spring if adds the Spinner axis,and this machine can also add servo scissors,then this machine can also cut 4.5mm wire.
HYD-40T-3A is with three axes,we have optional tools like spinner,machine hand,servo scissors as additional
axis.This machine is without wire rotation function,HYD-40T-12A is with wire rotation.We can always customize
the machine according to customer's requirement.
