Our OCEAN Pump brand is known for its heavy-duty submersible pump, which is constructed using high-chromium alloy material renowned for its exceptional wear resistance. With a large flow passageway, this pump is capable of transporting materials up to 60mm in diameter, including mud with significant solid particles, ore pulp, coal pulp, and coarse sand. Work requirements: the sand is pumped from the river channel, the depth of sand pumping is 25 meters, the sand output is required to be 25-30 cubic meters per hour, and the sand is discharged to a place of 500 meters for sand screening.

The flow rate is 150m3/h, the lift is 45 meters, the power is 55KW, the speed is 980 rpm, the outlet is 150mm, and the maximum overflow particle is 30mm. The motor and pump are coaxially immersed in the medium to work. The overflow part of the pump is made of high-chromium alloy wear-resistant material, which has good wear resistance. A set of stirring impellers are also installed at the bottom of the pump, which can spray the deposited sludge into turbulent flow, so as to achieve high performance without auxiliary devices. Concentration delivery. The unique sealing device can effectively balance the pressure inside and outside the oil chamber, and protect the reliability of the mechanical seal to the greatest extent. The motor adopts various protection measures such as overheat protection and water inflow detection protection, which can run safely for a long time under severe working conditions.
