Large scale production container blenders used for batch blending of granules powdery 



Application:
MDHH container blenders is used for batch blending of granules or powdery products in large scale production.One blender can be equipped with different sizes of bins to meet different batch size needs. So cost is reduced and space is saved.

Working Principle:
Firstly load the bin into the blending cage.After the pressure sensor detects the existence of the bin, the bin will be fixed safely by clamping arm and lifted into the blending position. Then the bin is rotated in its clamping arms for homogeneous mixing of materials according to process parameters.

1.Reasonable structure and stable running.Easy to operate and adjust technical parameters;
2.One blender can be equipped with different sizes of bins. After blending, IBC bin can be transferred to the next operation, so blending efficiency is improved and cross contamination is avoided;
3.The special design of "lamp" on the bin makes the materials has multi-dimensional movement to increase the blending uniformity and improve loading ratio of bin;
4.Interlock system to ensure the safety during operation and maintenance;
5.Simple structures,easy to maintain and clean, comply with GMP requirements;
6.Automatic fault self-diagnose system to detect fault position and causes;
7.Equipped with photoelectric sensor to guarantee the safety of personnel.
