APPLICATION
- Printing types: digital printing, inkjet priting, image printing
- Release type: cold release
- Matt Degree: Super matt
- Image type: decoration label, main label etc
- Printing inks: water based ink,hotmelt glue/adhesive, hotmelt powder
- Printing Equipment: Digital printing machine, HP printer, Epson, OKI, Xerox etc
- Applicable heat transfer materials: cottons, chemical fiber, cotton blend fabrics, EVA, non-woven fabrics, leather, and other heat resistant fabrics.
- Thickness: 75um, 100um;
- Size information: 50cm width or 60cm width, 100meter per roll;
- Heat transfer temperature: 150 degrees or depending on the melting point of adhesives or hot melt powders used;
- Heat transfer time: 12 seconds
- Use top quality base film, highly heat stabilized, minimum shrinkage, 180C, 1 minutes heat, shrink 2 to 3mm(75micron thickness), 1mm shrink for 100micron thickenss
- Excellent printing result, we have special coating to make maximum ink absord on the film;
- Scratch resistance, coating material will not easy scratch off the film, after transfer, coating will not transfer to the fabric;
