1. Dimension and design: please advise the size of stairs and choose design;
2. Solution: offer solution and quotation based on the dimension provided and the design choosed from our website;
3. Negotiation: details, price, project schedule, delivery term, delivery time and payment etc.;
4. Shop drawing: we will offer shop drawing for customer to confirm;
5. Place order and production: according customers confirmed drawings with detail dimensions;
6. Delivery: according customers request.

Q: What information we should offer to quote?
A:If you have layout or house plan drawing please send us,if not please let me know the total length of railing you need.
Q: Have you made some project in our local?Do you know our building code and local standard?
A: We have finished house project in exceed 40 country so we well know the building code & standard.
Q: Does your products have any certification?
A: If your project in Australia we promise all of our glass should have AS/NZS 2208 mark. If your project local in America, our products will have CE certification.
Q: If we buy building materials from you,is it hard to install by ourslef?
A: All of our poducts easy to install and no need weld,we 100% sure you can install it without any problem.
Q: Do you have any installation guide/drawing for us?
A: We will send you detail installation manual and drawing,if you still not understand we can show you the installation video.
Q:Can you guys come to our jobsite do the installation?
A: Sure,We can offer installation serivce and we have went to Thailand, Maldives to do installation last year.
Q: Is any guarrantee i can get from you?
A: Our products will have 3 years guarrantee, all fitting can be changed for free within 3 years.
Q: Can you offer other products for our house?
A: Yes,We are pleased to offer one stop solution for your house.you just send us your house plan,we will check if any otherthing we can offer.
Q: If i have other products in China, Can you help me collect the goods to one container?
A: No problem, we will help you collect all of your goods from your other supplier and arrange shipment for you,it will saving time and money for you.You handle over everything to us.
