Product Description



Our floor welding turntable provide high precision rotational positioning of the workpiece regardless of size. They are proven to help improve weld quality, increase consistency and reduce rework.The welding turntable is a single axis rotating device. The table revolving in both clockwise or anti-clolckwise direction. In addition to welding, they can be used for other applications, such as grinding, flame cutting, painting, assembly and x-ray processes. If you require a special machine,we has the in-house capabilities to design & produce small and large diameter components with clamps and jig tooling for customers. The table can be in round shape or square, depending on customer's request.
A1:The frame is welded by plates and profiles, and has sufficient mechanical strength to ensure long-term use without deformation. Work panels are available in double-surface or full-board finishing designs. Chucks can be configured according to customer requirements. The rotation of the worktable adopts a slewing bearing, which has a strong bearing capacity. 
A2: AC variable frequency governor is mainly used to control and adjust the speed of three-phase AC asynchronous motors, with stable performance, rich combination functions, good dynamic characteristics, super overload capacity and unparalleled flexibility. Ensure the adjustment response accuracy is high, and the speed operation is stable and reliable.
A3: Electrical control system adopts IP65 protection against dust and heavy rain and remote wire / wireless control box operation. The high-standard electrical control box has neat wiring and clear grounding signs.The operation panel has the functions of forward,reverse and stop. The speed of worktable is adjusted by the rotary button and displayed on the display screen.
