About Oil Refining
Refining is an essential process for a complete oil pressing line because there are still some impurities such as phospholipids, FFA, pigment, odor, etc in the crude oil. Operation Process of Refining Equipment
The crude oil is pumped into the refining pan for degumming and neutralization. When the oil and soap clearly separate and sink rapidly, stop stirring, let it stand, and then suck out the upper clean oil to the washing tank. The soap foot is put into the soap foot bucket from the bottom drain pipe. When the soap foot contains more oil, the soap foot is stopped and the soap foot is put into the soap foot tank by the pump. The remaining oil in the refinery tank is mixed into the next tank and continues. The clean oil transferred in the oil refining tank is washed and removed to the decolorization tank for adsorption and decolorization. The decolorized oil is pumped to the plate and frame filter for filtration, and then transferred to the polishing filter for further filtration, and then cooled by the cooler into the decolorized oil irrigation. The decolorized oil is sucked into the deodorizing pot through the heat exchange tank for deodorization, and the deodorization is carried out at a residual pressure of 3-5 torr. The deodorizing oil is put into the heat exchange tank. After the release, the next pot of decolorized oil is sucked into the deodorizing pot through the heat exchange tank for the next round of deodorization. After heat transfer, the deodorized oil in the heat exchange tank is cooled with cold water, pumped out for polishing and filtering, and then enters the finished oil tank.
