Dongguan Orienson Hardware Electrical Co., Ltd established in year 2000, self-builted in Dong-guan in year 2004, and the total area reaches to 5000m².It locates in Dalang town of Dongguan city with convenient transportation.The factory specializes in manufacturing precision stamping components and assembly.The production capability:50 million pieces per month, have mould developing and manufacturing capability:25 sets of progressive die or 25 sets of compound die\design and develop metal parts according to customer's requirement.
And have professional and technical personnel of Quality control.
Our current main customers are the global top 500 companies as Emerson\ABB\Bourns\Honeywell\Finisar\Amphenol ect., and certificated as "Preferable supplier" of Emerson in 2009.
Our suppliers of raw materials:Wieland, Wide Copper, Chinalco ect.;Partners of surface treatment:PuRuiDe, Master ect.
We have various of stamping equipments, and drilling, tapping, grinding machines, LS-WEMD and
HS-WEMD, we are able to provide Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Copper stamping parts
(Terminal, Clip, Washer) drawing parts and maching, we are also certified ISO/TS16949 and established RoHS control procedure to ensure all the products are comply with RoHS regulation.
