RUNFINE ENTERPRISE Co., Limited is a privately held company specializing in designing, developing and manufacturing metal and plastic products specifically sheet metal products, injection molding products, vehicle parts, lawn garden &agriculture tools and sheet metal machining.
Our factory was established in year 1999. The manufacturing facility has over 30000 square meters (300, 000 square feet) and is ISO9001: 2008 certified. There are about 300 workers, 30 engineers and technicians, 15 QC/QA as well as advanced manufacturing machineries, punch/laser combination machines, CNC centers, CNC lathes, 30 sets of 50 to 500 tones punches, 30 injection molding machines.
Our factory possesses stamping, welding, polishing, plating, finish coating, die casting, heat treatment, injection molding, assembling and packing processes and capability, can achieve one-stop production.
In field of sheet metal machining, we have advanced punch/laser combination machines which were made by Japan Amada; The high performance machines substantially increase the productivity and shorten the production timeline.
There are 20 CNC lathes in our factory, we have comprehensive capability and capacity of aluminum and steel precisely machining.
With a staff of 30 engineers, we have refined our processes to become one of most efficient manufacturing facilities in Southern China. Our R&D department is state -of -the- artith, we also have over 15 Quality Control Specialists monitoring the entire production process. At our factory, we strive to manufacture the highest quality products through total quality control.
