You can seek help from our distributors or other stone fabricators & contractors in your area. 8. Can I see the production process? Yes. We will keep you posted with production photos. Yes, we accept individual order. 11. What is the minimum quantity you require? Our minimum order is 1 piece. 12. What is your warrant policy? Perfect Art & Craft Co., Ltd warrants that all carved stone items are of merchantable quality and will be replaced if defective or broken. The client should inform us within 10 days of delivery. Yes, we are sure that our packing is safe enough. We use strong wooden crates for outside packing. Inside, we use cardboard box. In addition, we will buy "all risks" insurance as per your requirement. In the case of damage happens, firstly you can refer to the insurance company to claim the damage. If the damage occurred due to the fault of packing, our company will take the responsibility. The good may be broken because of violent collision caused by ship, truck or careless handling. Please take several photos of the packing before you open it. If the packing is okay, but goods is broken, it is our responsibility. On the contrary, if the packing and the goods are both broken, it is the logistic company responsibility.
