1.Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are factory and We have the most convenient transportation condition.
2.Q: Can you do OEM?
A: Yes, we can do OEM products. It's no problem.
3.Q: How about the quantity requirement?
A: Any quantity is welcome, we like to along with you about the new products from design to Finish.
4.Q: How do you suggest we proceed?
A: Please send drawing or sample to us.
For customized parts we need to make mold for it and you have to pay for the mold fee.
The mold belongs to you and we will keep it well for next time use.
(Step1: Make tooling first. Step2: Produce and confirm samples. Step3: Mass production.)
5.Q: How can I get some samples?
A: 1. We are offer you samples by express usual. The samples are free but customers are expected to pay the freight cost.
2. Regarding the courier cost: (three methods)
(1) You could arrange a RPI (remote pickup) service upon FEDEX, UPS, DHL, TNT etc. to have the sample collected.
(2) Inform us your express freight collect account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local express company.
(3) Transfer the cost to us in advance, the samples will be sent after receiving the payment.
6.Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: (1) All raw material we used are brand new and make our material properties are relative stable,Products' quality can be control.
(2) Skilled workers take care every details in handing producing and packing process.
