Automatic paper feeder printing and die-cutting machine is a constantly paper feeding device researched and produced for incontinuous mass production of the carton box printer, molding machine of the old chain paper feeding in carton box factory. This machine can improve manually incontinuous paper feeding and ensure the straight paper feeding, which not only raise working efficiency, but also reduce the labor strength and waste rate.
This machine is special used for corrugated cardboard multi-color printing and die-cutting. It is with high precision, flexible control and easy-to-operation features.
1. Machine Application: This machine is composed of auto feeding, chain feeder, printing and die-cutting four sections. It is used for multi-printing and die-cutting 3/5/7ply corrugated cardboard.

1. Automatic Paper feeding section
A. Cardboard size adjustment adopts screw roller adjusting system, one man operating, simple and fast.
B. This machine adopts PLC auto program control, so it has high automatic extent.
C. Transmission roll adopts decorative design roll, which increase the friction between strap and roll, ensure stable and fast cardboard feeding
2. Feeding Table
A. Left and right side baffle, manually adjustable location, pushing cardboard.
B. The counter displays the production quantities.
C. The main motor is regulated speed motor.
3. Printing section
A. Ratchet fixing reel shaft equipped with hanging hook is suitable for high-speed plate change.
B. Equipped with foot switch which is convenient for plate change.
C. Axial adjusting structure of printing roller with maximum moving amount of ±10MM.
D. Automatic lifting and rotating devices for air-pressure anilox roller; anilox roller goes down to contact with print plate during paper feeding and anilox roller goes up to separate with print plate for print plate protection; and it rotate automatically preventing ink from drying.
E. Pneumatic diaphragm pump, easy to use, convenient for maintenance and stable ink feeding.
F. 360°location of printing roller is adjusted electrically. (it is applicable for either running or stop).
G. Printing phase is displayed on the scale plate. Digital display is equipped additionally.

C. The shift of rubber mat roll axial adopts electromotion adjustment (stop and dynamic condition all can be adjusted). The adjustment scope is within 50mm.

A. Electrodynamic type polishing mechanism can be repeated 2-3 times
