1) Description of Rubber Water stop
Rubber water stop is a special type of hydraulic cement, non-corrosive and non-rusting.
It is a kind of instantly setting compound in plugging and stopping water or fluid leaks on concrete structures
or masonry surfaces.
2) Description of steel-edged rubber water-stop
The section of the steel-edged rubber water-stop adopts structures with non-uniform thickness (mainly in Power
Area and Waterproof Area) to guarantee each area bear uniform and reasonable force.
The steel plate can be connected to the steel bar by adding the installation hole, which makes water-stop fixed,
solid and no dislocation.
As the galvanized steel plate adheres to the concrete in a good condition, the performance of its waterproof is excellent.
1. The rubber water stop strip will expand when getting in touch with water, allowing it to come into closer contact
with the concrete and creating a better waterproof effect.
2. Different thicknesses structure is adopted for the cross section, which is divided into the high-strength area, the
waterproof area and the installation area, allowing for uniform and reasonable stress for all portions.
3. At installation area, adding installing hole could facilitate the water stop to be fixed with adjacent reinforced,
and avoid shifting. At the same time, construction is convenient, positioning installation is firm.
