Easy clean wall tiles can be installed on the following surfaces:
*Wood (chipboards, plywood, okumen plywood, solid wood boards...). Any leftover varnish or paint that could later peel off must be removed before installation.
*Metal surfaces(aluminium, iron, steel). Leftover paint must be removed and, if necessary, a primer should be applied to fix the surface.
*Plaster surfaces. A layer of paint or primer must be applied before installing the tiling.
*Floor tiling(ceramic, clay, porcelain etc.)
*Cement or cement derivatives. A suitable primer for the surface must be applied first.
*Other surfaces: check with us.
The surface must be clean; free of oil, dust or any other substance that could come away once the tiles have been installed.
Removed any old covering, such as painted paper, painted designs which are likely to come off, varnish etc.
Repair any gaps left after cleaning the surface, in order to avoid any unevenness of the surface to be covered.
Tools you will need:
A spirit level, a tape measure, pencil, stanley knife or scissors, a silicon gun.
