Evaporation technique
Material can be coating by Mo/W boats or electron guns without oxygen injection during evaporation. The typical deposition rate is 0.5-1.0 nm/s.The desired blackness/reflection effect can be obtained by changing the film thickness, substrate temperature, oxygen pressure or flow rate, deposition rate, and ion-assisted parameters.
Reproducible and uniform films can be obtained under suitable process conditions.
