Currently, our company covers 10,000 square meters, which equipped with two production line of office chair and sofa. Besides, we have independent warehouse, inspection room, products development department (R&D),showroom & office,with production capacity 8,000pcs office chairs and 300 sets sofa monthly. 1.Q:Do you have MOQ ? A: the MOQ is normally 10 units,you can mix several models in one container.
2.Q:If I need one sample do I need to paid for it and how long will I get the sample ? A:We will prepare the sample for you within 7-10 working days, the sample cost and air freight will be paid back when we get a 40HQ container from you.
3.Q:If I have special require on color and logo can you do that ? A:Any fabric colors you prefer for we can changed the color as your requirement,and also we can put your logo or mark on the chairs or on the carton.
4.Q:What is your terms of payment ? A:We can accept TT payment or the LC at sight payment at present.
5.Q:How long will the cargos take for delivery? A:It will take us around 25-30 working days to finish all the production.
6.Q:Do you provide the warranty ? A:Yes we are the factory which focus on the products quality, we always provide 3 years guarantee to our customers.
7.Q:Could I require for sample? A:Yes sure we can provide you sample, but we need to charge for sample cost and the transportation fee, and the sample cost will return you back once we achieve a full container from you.

We have a QC team and completed set of testing equipment in our lab to control it, we arrange specially responsible person from material inspection before it enter into our stock, to inspection on line. Then recheck randomly again before loading container, also will follow the whole loading process when load container, after shipment, we also will continue to follow the after-sale-service, each program have special responsible person to follow up.
