The low bed trailer is used for heavy engine transportation such as the excavator, road roller, bulldozer etc. The low bed trailer is safer because of the lower height of the working plate form. This design is used for heavy machines transportation. The bottom floor of the low bed trailer is 5-6 mm in order to make the trailer more durable.
The main beam of the trailer is various according to the payload of the semi-trailers that the customers required. The standard type that we usually use is the 16/18/10 mm for the 60-ton low bed trailer. The main beam adopts the Q345 steel and automatic welding to make the main beam strong enough to suit the payload.
Rear fence is made by strong carbon steel for the trailer safety. About the shipping, there is a special design for the trailers in order to reduce the cost of shipping. Like the front of the rear. And we have the special part for the shipping arrangement which can provide the professional support to reduce the cost of the shipping.
According to the total payload of the trailers, we will increase the density in order to make the trailers stronger. And the vice beam is the powerful guarantee of safe lifting. All trailers will adopt the superior steel to guarantee the quality and good looking outside. And the painting of the semi-trailers will be made by the Polyurethane to prevent the rust while the shipping and the using.
Two types of the landing gear are optional, double speed and single speed. The loading capacity of the landing gear is 28 ton, static load of 80 per sets. The advantage of the double speed is more convenient for the users to raise the trailers with just ones rising. The single speed is designed for the parking which is not flat.
