Our factory are found in 1999. Our factory totaly acreage are 9000 square meter
Include mono-crystal work place, clean work place, incision and Polish work place etc. We have two CZ mono-crystal furance and one clean room to produce wafer.
About human resources we have 5 professional engineer and 50 employee join us.
Through our struggle for ten years, we have been a factory that have a quite bit scale of wafer producing.
Our production have pass the certification of semiconduct guild and achieve the international semiconduct stardard. Furthermore, our high grade sevice have got good reputation from customers.
