Yancheng Hairui Food Co., Ltd, founded in 2005, is specialized in seaweed (Porphyra yezoensis) breeding, cultivation and manufacture. Its major product series of dried, roasted and seasoned seaweed are marketed under various well-known brands like "Huanghai Dongsha", "Dongshang" and "Rui Yi". "Huanghai Donghsa" has been registered a trademark in 32 different countries. Moreover, it has been rated "Famous Brand Product of China" for years.

The company covers an area of 50, 000 square meters, including a greenhouse offering a capacity of 1, 000 cubic meters, advanced R&D, eight fully automatized production lines for primary processing as well as two professional nori production lines for further processing.
