We are providing the same service as those of Nylok, ND, Precote, Threebond, etc only different is the coating technology. Theirs are of Patch Coat whereas, we promote Ring/Full Coat on precision and small screws.
The requirement for Screw Coating (nylon) had begin to move from Patch Coating to Ring/Full Coat. As the screws are getting smaller and finer. One can easily tell how much torque improvement if a dot coat is done on a screw with 1mm diameter.
Our Strenght are on such small and precision screws with Nylon material coating. We are also able to provide coating service with MEC material such as 3M2510, 3M2353, Loctite, etc.
