Company Overview
Established in 1997, C-Star Violin Workshop is located in Tongzhou district of Beijing, staffed by 5 masters and scores of professional violin-makers, with the annual output of approximate 600sets.

The raw materials we adopted for the violins are from the Mid-eastern part of the well-known ALPS mountain chain, which will be aired in the dry place for above 18 years before putting into use, through this way can the wood exert its potential performance to the utmost. The spruce with dense and even graining is selected for the front plate, and the choice flamed maple for the back. Besides, Superb European wood is also chosen and applied.

Our craftsmanship can be up to the globally accepted standards of both 1716(La Messie) and Lord Wilton Guarneri Del Gesu. Our products are hand crafted in concert with the specific features and performances of each piece of wood after deep research, not always pursuing the standard size and arch., hence, you will find yourself and your listeners fascinated with the sweet tone as you play on it with confidence.

As the pace of globalization speeds up, our workshop has always been dedicating to seeking perfection and innovating in workmanship, so the year of 2007 witnesses the births of crack-painted violin as well as antique-copying violin, both of which stood up on the Shanghai International Musical Instrument Exhibition, selling fast with high praises by soloists, masters, performers as well as professional violists.

Up to now, our products are mainly exported to America, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore.
