About Us: Luco Hose Co., Ltd is based in Yantai, China, with an office in Louisville, Kentucky. LUCO applies US management expertise to our manufacturing facilities in China. The benefits to our customers are significant cost savings assured with American standard of high quality.

Quality Assurance: LUCO has technicians in China to perform on-site inspections in our manufacturing facilities. LUCO products are manufactured in ISO 9001 factories. LUCO warrants that its products shall be free from defects under normal conditions and proper application for a period of six months. Our liability is limited to the cost of the proven defective products.

Delivery: For LTL orders, every effort will be made to ship your order on the same day that the order was received from our warehouses in Louisville, KY and/or Johnson City, TN. If your order cannot be shipped the day the order was received, you will be notified about the shipping schedule. For container-size orders, the products will be shipped out of China, which typically takes 2 weeks of production and 3 to 4 weeks of freight time.
