Established in 1992, Ningbo Happy Time Lighting Electronic Devices Co., Ltd is now one of the largest export-oriented manufacturers of ballasts, transformers and energy saving lamps in China. With an area of 35000 m2, ACCU owns 600 employees at present and 20 advanced poduction lines. Our monthly output exceeds 1 million pieces and annual export volume is up to USD 40 million.
