Sinogiant Steel Holdings Group Limited in short Sinogiant Group was established in 1999.

Cangzhou Zhongtie Iron and Steel Co., Ltd and Hebei Zongheng Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Are two manufacturing subsidiaries controlled by Sinogiant Group. Both of them are Long-process Steel Manufacturer including Mining, Port Operating, Coking, Coal Chemical, Sintering, Iron and Steel Producing, Rolling, Cogeneration and Waste Water Processing.

Currently, Sinogiant Group has 13000 staffs, and the annual capacity is 1000 million metric tons of Iron, Coke more than 2 million metric tons. With first-class equipment as well as capacities, Sinogiant Group is ranked as the largest Hot Rolled Strip manufacturer and the third largest private owned steel manufacturer in China.

By the end of 2010, Sinogiant Group has possessed total asset of 28.6 billion RMB, which is around 5 billion in US Dollars. In 2014, Sinogiant Group was ranked 186th of Top 500 Sino-Enterprises, 110th of Chinese Top 500 Manufacturer, 24th Largest Private Owned Company by China Enterprise Confederation.
