From the year of 1954 on shanxi province started the business of exporting chemical products. In 1975 the name of shanxi province minerals & matals & machinery & chemicals imp. And exp. Corporation was given. In september of 1984 it was renamed as sinochem shanxi branch. In january of 1989 it was given the name of shanxi province chemicals imp. And exp. Corporation.
Business scope:
Import and export of chemical products, nonmetal minerals, black metals, nonferrous metals, machinery equipments, instruments.
Importing, which quantity is allowed by the ministry of foreign trade and economic cooporation for this province, crude oil, finished oil, rubber, argicultural film materials.
Importing and exporting agency, barter trade, extrepot trade, processing with supplied materials, designs and assembling with supplied parts and compensation trade, joint ventures and cooperative enterprises.
