Our co., was built in 2002. Now we have more than 500 workers, eight production lines and co. Area is about 60 acres. We just produce wooden hangers and now we can produce 2 containers about 160, 000 pcs common style wooden hangers every working day.

Our main customer is IKEA of Sweden, and now they take up about 70% of our production capacity. So as to our administration and management like quality controll, invironmental protection, labor insurance, fire-fighting and the control of the sources of the raw material and so on just comply with IKEAR'S requirements. We call it IWAY.

Wooden hanger is a very simple product, we separat the workshops into 6 parts. They are 1)Semifinished product workshop, 2)Drying workshop, 3)Sanding workshop, 4)Lacquering workshop, 5)Asembly workshop, 6)Warehouse.
