Huacai Group was founded by Mr. He Qiulin in the 1980s, located in Jiangyin city, Jiangsu province. There are four Subsidiary companies which are Jiangyin Anrui Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd, Jiangyin Huacai Plastic & Rubber Co., Ltd, Jiangyin Huacai Textile Co., Ltd and Jiangyin Jinliyuan Recycling Co., Ltd.

Relying on China's reform and opening, keeping scientific development as company principles, group achieves glorious 20 years based on industrial transformation and upgrading. The company has received ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GRS certificate and other certificates.

Now Huacai group has more than 300 employees, 30000 square meters plant area, with total 50, 000 MT/year polyester staple fiber, polyester ring spun and PVC particle capacity.

Our Eco-friendly Recycled polyester staple fiber is made from waste PET bottle flakes and plastic waste. It is widely used in textile industry especially yarn and nonwoven fabric production.
