Sichuan Jiuzhou Electric Group Co., Ltd. is one of the top 100 electronic information enterprises in China and a large conglomerate with strong military background and government resources. As the first wholly-owned subsidiary established by Jiuzhou Group overseas, Jiuzhou Group Holdings Limited received energetic support from the group company and had registered capital of US$500, 000 upon its establishment. In 2011, the Company's registered capital was increased to US$5 million.
