There are more than 500 employees in Hi-bit, and most of the managers and engineers have years of experiences on electronic manufacturing & management. Hi-bit is possessed of 6 SMT production lines (5million pieces/22hrs), 8 insertion production lines and 5 whole-set assembling lines. The company is equipped with hi-tech testing equipments& instruments and the operators are working in the ventilative, dustproof and anti-static workshops.

The company has passed ISO9001: 2000 quality assurance system certification carried out by SGS organization and has been the member of SMTA (The Surface Mount Technology Association in U. S. A. ). As a pioneer in introduction of electronic product lead-free production technique, the company has started production of lead-free electronic products that comply with lead-free criteria set out by European countries, U. S., Japan, etc. Since 2004. And the related testing instrument had been purchased for RoHS verification in Hi-bit.
