Shijiazhuang Hengchang Industry Pump Enterprise Co., Ltd. is an expert manufacture in designing and manufacturing slurry pump, Our company was set up in 2003, located in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei province, China. Our company produces horizontal and vertical slurry pumps and parts with hi-chrome alloy or rubber. Our product output is 3, 000 tons and entire pumps of 2000 units per year. Our products, with diameter of 25mm to 750mm, flow of 5 to 13400 m3/h, head of 5 to 110m, are mainly applied to mining, metallurgy, power plant, dredging, coal, petroleum and chemical industries. Our lead time is 3 to 4 weeks. We not only make products with our brand Battle Max, but also accept OEM orders. Only if you can give your drawing, we can quickly produce it for you in many kinds of metal material.
We have casting, machining, forging welding, heat treatment, assembling and testing workshops and all the high-chromium alloy iron castings using resin sand. Our products are front analyzed by direct reading spectrometer with OBLF brand made in Germany with fast and accurate control of material composition in advanced casting process, module process and heat treatment process. Casting materials for ensuring the correct ratio of materials at the same time enable smooth surface casting and casting dense internal organization. We have set up a Pump Test and Experiment Shop in the factory.
