During the years of development, Wuyuanwandai has realized the importance of process management and institutionalization. We have established standard process for every position and institutionalize them which assure all our staff is doing the right thing. Our process and resource management are dramatically improved with the introduction of ERP system in the year of 2005. It was a very difficult period for us during the break-in period of ERP system. However, the system is running well in our company.
Besides, we understand the importance of taking good care of our staff. We invested a lot in staff dormintory and entertainment facilities to ensure they work and live in a comfortable environment.
