Jihua Group Corpomfion Limited was originally a quarter-master enterprise attached to PLA General Logistics Department, but now belongs to the Central Enterprise Xinxing Cathay International Group, which is the main operation among the six large operations. It's owned branch Jihua International Trading Co., Ltd is authorized with military export rights approved by General Armament Department and Defense-related Science and Technology Industry Bureau. It has 37 enterprises. These enterprises are classified into six business departments including professional clothes, textile dye printing, leather shoes, professional shoes, guarding device, logistics and trade, which are distributed in 21 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, whose headquarters is in Beijing with over 60, 000 employees.
