It is a group company including four subsidiary enterprises with independent legal person, Ningbo Suntero Import&Export Co., Ltd., Ningbo Yinzhou Chaoyang Tarpulin Factory, Fenghua South Textile Factory, Ningbo Mingda Dyeing Co., Ltd., with main manufactures of dyed yarn, sewing thread, tarpaulin.

The company covers an area of over 130,000 square meter, with a floor space over 80,000 square meter. The number of the staff team reaches 2,000. The company owns such spinning machines with 88,000 spindles as 12 settings Germany Schlafhorst AC338, 12 settings Switzerland rieter D35c drawing frame, and about 200 settings looms, 5 settings equipments of wax coating, spray coating, dyeing.

With fixed assets of about 200,000,000, the annual production capacity is 8000tons in colored yarn, 6000tons in sewing thread, 16,000,000meter in wax-coating tarpaulin and plastic-coating tarpaulin, 6000tons in cotton and yarn dyeing.
