Yancheng Jiahai Straw & Wicker Products Co., Ltd. is affiliated with Jiangsu Shuangdeng Group Co. As the first Sino-foreign joint venture in Binhai County, Yancheng, Jiangsu, it now possesses assets of RMB1.97 million, covers 18,000m2 of land and has 290 employees. Its annual foreign currency earning is US$2.5 million and domestic turnover RMB5 million.


During the 46 years between establishment of Binhai Straw & Wicker Products Factory in 1952 and inauguration of the joint venture in 1991 we had been summing up our experience and keeping to the principle of equality and mutual benefit. Our products won wide acclaim from customers home and abroad for their flexible models, exquisite workmanship, practicality, durability, accurate dimensions, top quality, fair prices and our prompt delivery.


Our export is focused on products made by our own, including straw, willow, rattan and prickle products, corn membrane products, plush products, clay figurines, sanitation cleansing articles, etc. In recent years, with the furthering of reform and opening-up, we have made full use of industrial fairs and trade shows all over the world to enlarge our customer base, to readjust our product structure according to market trends and to organize operation in line with regional characteristics. We have established trade relations with over 20 countries and regions including Germany, France, Britain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, the U.S., Canada, Japan, S. Korea, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, etc. Meanwhile we formed long-term stable relationship with customers of over a dozen provinces and municipalities in China to supply them with our products.
