The Starwood Group of companies is one of the foremost suppliers of steel to today. We supply steel and raw materials directly from the mills to the steel, construction, tool making and electrical goods industries in Europe, North America, North Africa, Asia and the Far East. We always deal directly with producers and have developed a reputation for providing an efficient and reliable service to both the mills and our customers.

Our head office is in the UK. To service our suppliers and customers we have a network of offices strategically located throughout the world: in London, Chicago, Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Shanghai, Beijing, Anshan, and Hong Kong.

Through a wholly owned subsidiary, Starwood is a major shareholder of Nizhny Tagil Steel Works which is the 4th largest steel mill in Russia. This mill is the only producer in Russia of steel wide flange beams and columns. Starwood has been exporting these beams for the past 7 years to markets throughout the world including Europe, USA, Canada, South America, Middle East, SE Asia, China and Korea.Through our wholly owned subsidiary in China, Mayerton Trading (Shanghai) Company Ltd., Starwood operate a steel distribution business throughout China supplying mainly the construction industry. At present we have one service centre and 3 additional warehouses located in different parts of China. However significant further expansion is planned within the next few months.
