The only way to overcome this is to constantly improve our product quality and reduce costs. Generally speaking, raw material costs are much the same throughout the industry, as most firms use near the same materials.

Quality is another important factor, and the market is requiring more and more better quality. Pengxin Art Work Fty has a list of customers who are picky to the quality. Most of companies reduce the quality of the goods and sell them at extremely low prices. However, that is not necessarily what the clients want in our promotional bobblehead industry.

The commitment to client satisfaction that Pengxin Art Work Fty as its main competitive edge is most evident in one of the company's biggest deals to date: A commission from a Los Angeles customer to produce a Serena Williams Bobble head doll. This is a very tough job, the time frame is very short 30 days ( sampling, producing ) for 6500 pcs, and the customer asked for a high quality design and high quality products. I did it! And the Serena doll was a big hit in Los Angeles in July 19th, 2004. Serena loved her own bobblehead very much.

Another major deal for us was an order from a Turkey customer to produce Garfield Cartoon Character bobblehead dolls, which helped us raise the bar regarding design and quality control standards. We learned a great deal from producing for these kinds of major customers and, while we hope to continue doing so, we remain committed to our smaller clients.

The client's requirements are paramount, Often, this means working very closely with the clients. Because the clients core competence is not in final designing & producing, as part of the service we offer them a consulation to help determine what materials, colours and design will be best suited to their original designs.
