We are the Purchasing Representative Office in Hong Kong and Shenzhen of a European Group involved in direct marketing campaigns.

SEBO was established in 1997 in Hong Hong Kong by French entrepreneur Sebastien BRETEAU. His initial vocation was to smooth the links between France and Asia. Very rapidly, the company began to focus on the promotional items market.

Its specific positioning, the unique link between a client's brief and the production factory in Asia, and its expertise :
- Consultancy in promotional products
- Quality of the sourcing
- Experience in international buying

Before the arrival of the Internet, SEBO was already working on cutting out the middlemen. Since 1997 SEBO began to build up a database of promotional products, improved every week with the addition of new products selected by the team of buyers, based in Hong Kong.

- The will to share its product database as well as the tracking of orders with its clients.
- The wish to rationalise and secure the internal processes between the teams based in Hong Kong and Mainland China and the team in Paris via Intranet.
- The need for its employees to spend more time on value added tasks (sourcing, negotiating prices) rather than managing information flows.
