Cixi Langchen Textile Co., Ltd has two branch factories, one is a glove-making factory and the other is a yarn-making factory.

The glove factory specializes in manufacturing protective gloves. The main products we manufacture are: String knit liner, PVC dotted glove, Dipped glove, heat-resistant and cut resistant glove, etc.

We have 10, 000 square meters glove knitting workshop with 200 workers and 400PCS glove making machines. 7G machine 300PCS, 10G machine 50PCS; 13G machine 35PCS; Dispenser 4PCS and 3PCS dipping production lines. Our monthly production capacity is 250, 000 dozens gloves.

Our gloves, popular among chain supermarkets and wholesellers in some countries, are 100% exported overseas to the countries like Japan, America, France, Mexico and India.

The yarn-making factory specialized in producing various yarns. With an area of 5, 000 square meters, our factory is divided into two production workshops: The ring spinning workshop with 10, 000PCS ring spinning machines and the OE spinning workshop with 3PCS OE spinning machines.

The main yarn types we produce are: 100% cotton yarn, 100% polyester yarn, 100% acrylic yarn, TC blend yarn, Polyester and acrylic blend yarn, cotton & linen yarn and nylon yarn, etc. The functional yarns include hollow yarn, highly absorbent yarn, anti-bacterial yarn, anti-static yarn and anti-yellow yarn, etc. The yarns we produce are mainly used for knitted fabrics and knitted socks.

We have the most advanced spinning production equipments and the monthly production capacity is 150 to 200 tons yarns. Our yarns are all sold to well-known domestic socks making companies who export to the markets such as Japan, United States, Canada, Mexico and other countries.
