Changyi Huachen Yuesheng Textile Co., Ltd. Is a modern hi-standard cotton spinning enterprise founded by Changyi Huachen Group, with the total investment of CNY 370 millions. As an I/E licensed company in combing and spinning industry, Yuesheng has a designing scale of 300, 000 spindles; At present, we have 200, 000 spindles to produce 60s to 120s of top-grade combing cotton yarns. We have experience technicians, and our equipment and production technologies are imported from Germany, including Autoconer from Schlafhorst Compact Care, draw frame from rieter, combing machine, DTM129 spinning frame, TJFA458A fly frame, and other leading devices made in China, etc.

Yuesheng is a new large-scale combing and spinning enterprise now, with 200mu of lands, 80, 000sqm of buildings, 10, 000 tons of cotton warehouses and the annual output of 30, 000 tons of 60s to 120s of top-grade combing cotton yarns.

There are leading equipment, good management system and experienced technicians in our company, including experienced managers, 320 technicians, and a well-trained and experienced work team, thus we have the good ability to meet the production and technical requirements of top-grade spinning products and offer you complete series of products. Now, we are able to offer you top-grade products in very large of quantity. Meanwhile, our company has R&D system, QC system and career inspection personnel, which are in charge of the inspection and examination of products. Huachen Textile Co., Ltd. Is one of the key member of Changyi Huachen Group, with 400 employees and CNY 50 millions of fixed assets. Equipped with 500 sets of broad-breadth looms (including 50 sets of rapier looms), we now can annually produce 7 millions of T/C or pure cotton Greige (about CNY60 millions) and get CNY 8 millions of profit payments and tax turnover. As the key manufacturer of broad-breadth fabric in Shandong province, we now sell our products to over 20 countries and regions, including Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, Northeast of China, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Guangdong, etc.

Founded in October, 2002, Changyi Huachen Spinning Co., Ltd is one of 7 members of Changyi Huachen Group, with the registered funds of RMB 4.1 millions. Equipped with the national leading 35, 000 spindles of carding equipment, we now mainly produce 30S to 40S of carding T/C yarns.

In past three years, we sold all the produced products, the produce and sale ratio is 100%. Because we establish strict QC system, thus our products are very qualified and more expensive; Our output can not meet the demands.
