With the overall growth in travel and tourism in China, there is an increasing need for high-level service for incoming business and leisure travelers. Ambassador Concierge was founded to meet that need. The founders are the former Chairman of Carey International Limousine and the founder of Air Chef Private Jet Catering - seasoned and respected travel industry leaders who saw an opportunity to create the kind of service that they would want to use.

Global Ambassador Concierge ("GAC") is on the ground in China, with offices in Beijing and Shanghai. It has experienced first hand, the richness in culture and tradition as well as the wonder of the people. It understands the challenge to assure that the ancient charm of these cities does not give way to the infrastructure of modernity. There is still much authentic historical richness in culture and tradition to be enjoyed in China. There is a need for a "software of service" to complement China's treasures marked by the new "hardware of infrastructure". Since 2004 Ambassador Concierge has been working with travel industry leaders to develop programs that meet the needs of international visitors and stimulate the growth of the service economy in China.
