Founded in 1973, Jiangyin Kanghua Automotive Fasteners Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Has the capacity of developing various automotive weld nuts and weld bolts, with the registered trademark of "Green Peony"
Our company has a production base, a plant area of more than 5, 000m2 and a building area of more than 3, 500m2, as well as 120 employees at present, and is equipped with 40 automatic nut and bolt cold headers, 30 automatic tapping machines and 35 pieces of auxiliary equipment, with the annual productivity of more than 2, 000 tons and the output value of more than RMB 15 million.
Our company has been successively awarded "Product Quality Trustworthy Organization" by Jiangyin Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau of Wuxi City, "Contract-honoring & Promise-keeping Enterprise" by Wuxi People's Government and other titles. With an independent quality inspection center, our company passed ISO/TS16949 certification in April 2007...
Our company mainly produces various standard parts and non-standard M4-M18, 6 & 8-grade hexagonal nuts, tetragonal weld nuts, hexagonal weld nuts, finished hexagonal bolts, weld bolts and other products used for automobile industry, machinery manufacturing industry and electronic & electrical industry.
