In the spring of 1999, The Putian Pleasing Electronic Technology Limited Company was founded by the Pleasing (HK) International Group Co., Ltd in Industry Development Zone New & Hi-Tech Hanjiang district Putian City Fujian Province. In 2007, the group company set up Anyang Zhongao Development Corporation in New district, Anyang city, Henan province. In 2009, an office was established in Yiwu, Zhejiang province. And in 2010 founded another limited company in Shenzhen.
