Established in 1985 with a registered capital of CNY 50.68 million, Shanghai Jiangdu Food Machinery Installation Co., Ltd. (the "Company") is a company focused on manufacture and engineering installation of food and beverage production equipment. With Yangzhou Changhai Food Machinery Co., Ltd. As the production base, the Company is engaged in process design, system integration, equipment manufacture, installation and debugging and auxiliary turnkey projects related to food and beverage production lines, and engineering installation of projects regarding beer, grease, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, etc. In 2004, to expand the development space, the Company acquired a land parcel with a total site area of 30 mu (20, 000 square meters) in Xiaoji Town Industrial Park in Yangzhou, above which a plant covering a floor area of 6, 000 square meters was built for manufacture of cans for milk, beer, grease, medicines and candies, and machinery equipment including conveyor belts, washing machines, elevators and vent pipes. In 2013, the Company acquired another land parcel with a total site area of 6, 000 square meters and built a modern workshop with a floor area of 3, 500 square meters which is used for production of 200T cans. Thanks to the superior quality, reasonable prices, favorable moulding and professional and thoughtful services, the Company's "Jiangdu" series products have been highly praised by its customers and industry insiders.

In recent years, quite a number of the Company's products have been exported to the U. S., Switzerland and Canada, and have won consistent recognition and praise in the overseas market.
