Li Wen & Partners (hereinafter referred to as "the Firm"), founded by Li Wen Esq., is an independent private legal institution duly registered with the Beijing Judicial Bureau. Specializing in legal services concerning investment, company incorporation and merger, real estate, and banking, the Firm is renowned for its excellent and efficient services tailored to the needs of the business community.
At present there are more than ten full-time lawyers practicing at Li Wen & Partners, most of whom have more than five years'legal experience and many of whom can work in English.
