By cooperating with Xinlihua Magnesium Powder Research Center in Beijing, and introducing the world-class automatic high-speed vortex-flow precise non-ferrous metal powder processing technology, now its annual production reaches over 5000t. The company mainly produces magnesium powder of 10-325mesh (Chinese Specification), and applies new technological equipments to produce the passivation magnesium powder which can adjust the fire-retardant time. The passivation layer is even and firm, and the Mg will not be damaged during the process to meet the purpose of deep desulphurizing. It also produces AZ91D Mg alloy piece. The Mg powder is widely used in military, aerospace, airplanes, metallurgy, medicine, chemical industry and steel desulphurization. The parts made of AZ91D Mg alloy bits are light, thin, shiny on surface, with high-strength, good size stability, super anti-shaking, fast heat dispelling, strong anti-electromagnetic interference and easy to be processed.
