Ordering: All orders must be received by email or fax. All orders are accepted subject to our standard delivery time. Any rush orders might cause rush charge.

Shipping: All prices are based on FOB Shanghai. AnLoon Crystal can only guarantee the shipping date as requested by purchase orders which are subject to our standard production time. We will not be held responsible for any consequences that result from freight carrier delays or failures.

Production Time: Normal production time is 7-15 working days from receipt of the purchase order. Production will not be started until we get the approvals or deposit payment are received.
