In 1991, Jadee Wang established Huaiyin Fiberglass Tools Co., Ltd, which was the leader in China, he developed the fiberglass handle of stoning hammers, axes and sledge hammers first, and played an important part in the development of fiberglass tools in China. From 1992, we made various kinds of pultruding fiberglass handles. In 1998, Jadee Wang and an Amercian company established Sino-Amercian Joint Venture: Jiangsu Huaiyin Everest tools Co., Ltd. Under the help of the Amercian company, we fetched in advanced technology which has built a good foundation for our following development in full scale. In 1999, we developed twice plastic coated fiberglass handle, which was used by Jadee Wang's student and many other factories, later Jadee Wang promoted his patent product: Auto locked inverse assembled Nylon handle.

In 2002, Huaian New Leaf Tools Manufacturing Co., Ltd was established by Mr. Wanghua, the son of Jadee Wang. Our new company developed various kinds of striking tools and scale shape fiberglass handle for axes. Now they are adopted by many Chinese factories, and sold all over the world. After New Leaf was established, we also developed different kinds of agricultural tools and garden tools and we not only can produce 100T all kinds of fiberglass handles and fiberglass tubes, but also set up a workshop to produce agricultural tools and garden tools's head. At present our annual sale has reached to 4 million US dollars and the main market is Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan etc, and we also produce for some world famous factories. Meanwhile, we keep developing new products and improving quality with reasonable price. Furthermore, with the support of our old and new customers, it is certain that our sale will reach to 6 million US dollars next year.
