Yudie International provides customers with one-stop procurement services, including mold design, mold making, casting blanks, CNC machining, and finished product. Yudie International. Has 4 plants: 2 foundries and 4 valve factories. Plant 1 is known as Hebei Jinghangyu Foundry(2003), plant 2's name is Jinghangyu Power Technology (Cangzhou) Co., Ltd(2021), plant 3 is Hebei Jinghangyu Valve Manufacturing Co., Ltd (2005) and plant 4, is known as Hebei Xinhangyu Fluid Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd (2021). With a registered capital of RMB 150 milion and covering an area of 105000 square meters, Yudie International specializes in supply various types of casting molds, over molds, tooling fixtures, etc, production of various grades of gray iron and ductile iron castings. Our products are widely used in pipeline engineering (various valves, pump bodies, fire hydrants, etc. ), robot component, high-speed train, vehicle chassis, engineering and agricultural machinery castings, and other sectors.

As a manufacturer, Yudie is integrating mold design and research & development, casting, machining, and painting. It is one of the main manufacturers of ductile iron castings (ISO1083/JS/400-15S~900), gray iron castings (ISO 185/JL150~350), and other products in China, and has been awarded the titles of "China Green Casting Enterprise", "Hebei Province Environmental Performance A-level Enterprise", and "High tech Enterprise". We currently have five fully automatic production casting lines, including Japan Tokyu Horizontal Molding Line, Shanghai Hongque Resin Sand Molding Line, Kailong Fully Automatic Static Pressure Molding Line, Weier Clay Sand 418 Vertical Automatic Molding Line, and Benchuang Clay Sand 416 Vertical Automatic Molding Line. Equipped with advanced testing equipment and facilities, we have achieved automated production of core making, molding, and pouring, with an annual production capacity of over 40000 tons.
