Tannet was founded in 1999 in Hong Kong by Mr. Chen Haotian, a Hong Kong businessman from Fujian Province. From a small accounting firm and developed into a comprehensive group of companies, Tannet's business covers six major sectors, namely business incubation, business operation, enterprise management, offshore investment, consulting and guidance and platform operation. In order to meet the market demand for professional services, more than 40 professional companies have been set up in the past 21 years by Tannet, including intellectual property company, startup incubator company, service outsourcing company, bookkeeping agency company, trade logistics company, secretarial services company, investment advisor company, business management/planning company, cultural publishing institution, film and TV production center, training company, information technology companies and so on. Tannet ensures that professional work is done by professionals by setting up different professional firms and 12 business development units, to ensure quality and quantity and strive for customer satisfaction.

By 2019, Tannt's direct and affiliated sites have covered cities in more than 100 countries, including Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Khorgas, Chengdu, Yiwu, Nanchang, Xiamen, Quanzhou, Haikou, Ding'an, Wenchang; United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, BVI, Samoa, Vanuatu, United Arab Emirates, Ghana, Liechtenstein and so on. With the development of the Times, Tannet itself continues to transform and upgrade. Tanntt has also LED some customers from trade in goods to trade in services and from trade in services to trade in information.
